How can I request fabric swatches before placing a large order?
We offer swatch samples for most of our fabrics. Simply select the 'Order Swatch' button on the product page to add a 4x4 inch sample to your cart for a small fee.
What is the minimum order quantity for your fabrics?
Our standard minimum order is one yard. After the first yard, you can purchase in increments of 1/8 yard to ensure you get exactly what you need for your project.
How long does shipping take and do you offer international delivery?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. We ship worldwide, with domestic delivery taking 3-7 days and international shipping ranging from 10-21 days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy for cut-to-order fabrics?
Since fabrics are cut specifically for your order, we only accept returns if the material is defective or if the wrong item was sent. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate a claim.
Are the colors shown on the website accurate?
We strive for color accuracy, but please note that different monitors and mobile screens can display colors differently. We highly recommend ordering a swatch if an exact color match is required.
Do you offer wholesale discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes, we offer volume discounts for orders over 15 yards of the same fabric. Please contact our wholesale department directly for a custom quote.
